Delete your Life DNA: Time & Places account
From inside the app
Open Life DNA: Time & Places → You → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm who you are, then the deletion starts immediately and every signed-in device is signed out.
If you no longer have the app
Email [email protected] from the address on your Life DNA: Time & Places account, with the subject "Delete my Life DNA: Time & Places account". We complete these within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile and sign-in identities
- All location data: raw samples, clusters, stays and derived visits
- Your Life DNA interests, the evidence behind them, and all TIME summaries
- Your intentions and Life Alignment history
- Your social profile, photos, likes, matches and messages
- Push tokens and notification preferences
What is kept, and why
- Moderation and safety records, where a report was made about or by you. Deleting these would let someone erase a safety history by re-registering. They are kept separately from your profile and are not linked back to a live account.
- Billing records, where tax or accounting law requires it. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; cancel there as well, since deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.
Deletion cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want a copy:
